Shipping policy
Once your order has been placed and payment successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you do not receive the confirmation email or experience any issues with your order, please contact us via email for assistance on hello@marisitu.com
Orders are processed and dispatched once payment verification is complete.
Standard Deliveries are carried out by Fargo Courier from Monday to Friday only.
Express Deliveries will be delivered same day subject to time order was placed.
Orders received before 2:00 PM are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will most likely be shipped on the next business day.
Delivery timelines are as follows:
- Within Nairobi and most major towns: approximately 24 hours
- Please allow up to 48 hours to account for any unforeseen delays
- Deliveries to locations outside major urban areas may take up to 72 hours
Kindly ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate and complete before confirming your order. In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect information, the order may need to be reshipped and additional shipping charges may apply.
Please note:
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only
- Shipping prices are for 1-5kg ; Orders >5Kg will require additional payment.
